A rough estimate has it that more than $200 million is siphoned off every year state coffer to foot the bill of medical treatment abroad.Trauma Center, a super specialty hospital of international standard manned by renowned Orthopaedic Surgeon, Medicine Specialist, Cardiologist, Urologist, Brain & Spinal Surgeon, and other support staff garnered from home plays an important role in providing desired care and treatment to the orthopaedic & other patients of the country.Equipped with most modern and state of the art equipment and machineries, the Trauma Center makes a solemn commitment to orthopaedic and other patients of the country a commitment to maintain mastery and marvel in orthopaedic care, to be compassionate and respectful to patients beliefs and values and to make sound decision in the best interest of the patients. Vision:Our vision is to turn Trauma Center into a center of excellence in the field of Traumatology and other related disciplines by making it an academic institution along side the hospital and conferring Diploma in Medical Technology to the incumbents by the end of 2008. We also envisage a plan to expand our current hospital facilities and make it a 100 bed hospital within the year of 2010. Side by side we also intend to expand its diagnostics capabilities to a height of international standard.
