SHAHO Business Group was initiated by Shaikh M ABDUL HADI Osmani in the year 2003 (November 13, 2003). He is basically a Mechanical Engineer from BUET, graduated in 1988. He started his professional career as Assistant Engineer in Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Bangladesh Oil, Gas & Mineral Corporation (Petrobangla) in February 19, 1990 for implementation of North-south Pipeline (24”║8” Gas & NGL pipeline from Beani Bazaar to Ashuganj). The consultant of the project was Pencol Engineering Consultants of UK and Contractor was Saipem SpA of Italy. After successful completion of this project, he was deputed to Rupantarita Prakritik Gas Company Limited (RPGCL) to look after the then proposed 4” (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) LPG pipeline from Ashuganj to Elenga. The consultant of this project was Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation of USA. Due to change in government policy, this pipeline was not constructed. Thereafter he was transferred to CNG Division of RPGCL to install 4 off CNG Refueling Stations in downtown Dhaka City (Rahman Service Station at Kalayan Pur, PWD Filling Station at Asad gate, Shohagh Filling Station at Mohakhali Rail-gate & Rahman Filling Station at Tikatully). Along with other colleagues of CNG Division, he successfully installed these stations. Thereafter he started his career (on July 4, 1997) with multi-national company Wesfarmers Kleenheat Elpiji Limited (then ELPIJI Malaysia-Bangladesh Limited). It is a joint-venture company among POLMOL Group of Bangladesh, ELPIJI Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. of Malaysia and Wesfarmers Kleenheat Gas Proprietary Limited of Australia. The company established a 1500 Metric Ton LPG Storage Depot facility at Port Mongla, Bagerhat, Bangladesh. Mr. Abdul Hadi was working there as Deputy Project Manager and thereafter Plant Manager. Thereafter he was transferred to Dhaka head office to carry out the industrial LPG installation & Autogas project around the country. This time he installed the LPG Feed Storage facility to manufacture ACI Aerosol at ACI Formulation Plant, Rajapur, Rajendrapur, Gazipur. Also he installed numerous LPG Feed systems to run Boiler & Burners for Garments industries & food industries. He continued his career with Kleenheat Gas up to November 12, 2003 and thereafter he started his business at its own. During his career, he gathered massive experiences on the following areas:

CNG Filling stations’ Design, Approvals, Procurement, Financial analysis, Installation, Testing & Commissioning works;
LPG Filling stations’ Design, Approvals, Procurement, Financial analysis, Installation, Testing & Commissioning works;
Industrial design, Consultation, Installation & Commissioning works; and
Procurement of Industrial Chemicals & Raw Materials
