Check-In Passengers are to report airport for Check-In at least 30 Minutes before departure of a flight. Check-In is closed 15 minutes prior to the departure of a flight.

Baggage It is important to be aware of what you can and cannot take with you when you fly. We take every care to make sure all of your baggage arrives at your destination in good shape.




Child: Age Limit 02-12 years Fares are 67% of the adult fares. Taxes are same Adult/Child.
Infant: 02-2nd Birth Day. No seat entitlement. Provide with baby cot, baby meal, 10kg baggage allowance. Fares are 10% of the adult fares.


Pets Dogs, cats or house hold birds (cannery, finch or parakeet) may be accepted as carry on or checked baggage. All options require advance reservations and are subject to charges.



Wheelchair Service At every airport REGENT airways may provide wheelchair facilities for the disabled passengers or customers who cannot climb stairs.
