Prantik Group was established in the year 1998 with Mrs. Halima Begum as it\'s Chairman and Engr. Md. Golam Sarwar as it\'s Managing Director. Mrs. Nasrin Sarwar Meghla is the HR Director of the Group. Initially it started its journey in the field of ship manning and repairing and with time it gradually increased it\'s activities into other spheres - Ship building, Marine Salvage, Marine Engineering, Ship Survey, Testing and calibration Services, Diving Services, Coastal & Inland Transportations etc. Its mission is to be \'Preferred Provider of The Maritime Services in Bangladesh\' with a vision to do \'Business for Sustainable Development\' in the areas it is engaged.
It has already achieved wide spread reputation in maritime sector in home and abroad.
As it grew it became essential to form separate companies and enterprise dealing in specific sectors.
The following companies and enterprises were established with the necessity of time and activities which we call sister concerns :
