VISION
Crescent Holdings Ltd. is dedicated to its slogan “”for the people of Bangladesh by providing them “not luxurious and flamboyant – but elegant, commodious and comfortable” apartments.
The right of shelter is a fundamental right, which is ensured by both UN declaration and the constitution of Bangladesh. But it is very difficult on the part of the government alone to ensure housing for all. Here comes the need of private sector for the development of real estate and Crescent Holdings Ltd. formed in 1995 to serve the nation.
MISSION
Instead of stressing on good academic qualification which is compulsory for the executive level employees, Crescent Holdings Ltd. has selected its staffs based on their intelligence, creativity and innovation. The company currently has one hundred employees working; most of them are experienced in their respective fields. With these work forces, a lot of projects have been completed in the prime locations of Dhaka city. Some projects viz. Crescent Hive, Crescent Peace, Crescent Huq, Crescent Dream, Crescent Tower, Crescent Meadow, Crescent Lupina, Crescent Dell, Crescent Eden, Crescent Valley, Crescent Noor, etc. are waiting to be handed over.
Registered as a member of Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) in 2003, Crescent Holdings Ltd. has earned the confidence of people by ensuring timely handover of its apartment with highest quality.
OBJECTIVES
The main objective of Crescent Holdings Ltd. is to provide flats and apartments full of exclusive new features with more flexibility and options for the middle class people. One of the short term objectives of Crescent Holdings Limited is to solve the ‘Rural-Urban Migration’ problem. The long term ‘Motto’of Crescent Holdings Ltd. is to improve the standard of living for the people of Bangladesh with the intension to become a leader in the housing sector.
During the last 12 years, Crescent Holding Ltd. has developed many remarkable flats/apartments for family and business. Crescent Holdings Limited will keep alive its continuous efforts to match the changing demands of the customers
