BAIRA Life Insurance Company Limited is a Public Limited Company incorporated in Bangladesh on 26 April 2000 under the Companies Act 1994. Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA) sponsored the Company and 253 members of BAIRA subscribed 2000 Ordinary Shares of Tk. 100 each who are the Sponsor Shareholders of the Company. The company is engaged in the business of usual life insurance like Ekok Bima, In-House Bima, Manpower Export Insurance, Group Bima, DPS Bima and Micro Insurance. All of these Bima have been approved by the Controller of Insurance.
